Program Outline



Resilient Kicks is a sports program facilitated by various qualified professionals to support children with the common social and emotional challenges they face in their development. The program is an evidence based Emotional Resilience plan where the sport activities of each session are linked with theory that promotes well-being and potential.​


Resilient Kicks is offered as a school program as well as an out of school program facilitated through one on one private sessions. We also offer mobile services for children to participate in the program in a convenient and familiar environment.
